1. Where does Unravel source its yarn?
All of our yarn comes from Cushendale Woollen Mills, in Graignamanagh, Co. Kilkenny. The Cushen family have been producing high quality Irish-made textile products at the family mill for over 200 years. They pride themselves on their ability to craft natural-fibre textiles made with mohair, Irish wool and merino lambs-wool. This emphasises the quality of their and Unravel’s products.
2. What happens if an item is out of stock?
In the event that we do not have enough stock to complete your order, we will email you to advise. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part delivery or cancel the order. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery of back-ordered items. No extra delivery charge will be incurred for the delivery of back-ordered items. Unravel will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.
3. What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. Payments to Unravel are made via Paypal and you can make a payment in either of two ways:
- Credit card payment with PayPal
- PayPal account
4. How do I use my Gift Voucher / Promotion Code?
If you wish to use a gift voucher or a promotion discount then simply enter the code at the final stage of the checkout. The discount/voucher will be automatically subtracted from your order. Please note that only one code can be used per transaction.
