CANCELLATION / RETURNS POLICY

  1. Cancelling an order

As a customer of Unravel you will always have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after delivery. To apply for a full refund we request you fill out Unravel’s Cancellation Form and return to us by email or direct post (see Section 3. How to return goods to Unravel) within 14 days. Your Unravel purchases must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit. As such, we recommend that you use a registered delivery service and insure the items for their value. Once we have received the goods a credit will appear on your credit or debit card within 30 days.

  1. What if you receive damaged goods?

We will replace any Unravel goods damaged during delivery. In order for us to do this as promptly as possible, you must notify us within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. One of the key things we ask is that you fill out Unravels Damaged Goods Form and return to us by email or direct post (see Section 3. How to return goods to Unravel) within the 14 day period. We will happily reimburse any delivery costs incurred and we will send replacement goods to you at no additional cost. Beyond the 14 day period, all merchandise shall be deemed as being in good order. You will therefore be liable for any charges incurred thereafter.

  1. How to return goods to Unravel

When you return goods to Unravel, it is essential that your package is accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, and a fully completed Unravel Cancellation Form / Damaged Goods Form to include order number, customer’s email address, phone number and delivery address. This will help us to expedite the process. All goods should be sent recorded delivery, and must be insured for the full value of the contents. Unravel cannot be responsible for lost or uninsured packages. When advising us that you are cancelling your order, or that you received damaged goods, please email your relevant completed form to info@unravelknit.ie (by scanning your completed form), or send your completed form to:

  1. Cancellation by us

Please note that in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

(a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered

(b) we do not deliver to your area

In the event that we cancel the contract we will notify you by email. We will credit your credit/debit card account the amount paid by you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after your order. We regret that we will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
